		<description>I agree, those long runs are hard to reschedule with little ones. I&#039;ve found the last three longer runs were cut because I couldn&#039;t get them in due to different issues, and then of course can&#039;t do them during the week. That&#039;s the only part of my running routine I  wish I could change!!</description>

		<description>I totally agree! The only rigid days in my schedule are the 20 milers. I need to have those on the calendar. It&#039;s just polite to keep the hubby apprised of days where I&#039;ll be leaving him alone with the tiny tyke for 3 hours. Other than though, I try to leave the plan open. I generally run a tempo run every week, but I don&#039;t have to run it on any particular day. I think with kids flexibility is must.</description>
