Yesterday I was home with the kids. My son was off riding bikes with the neighbors while my 3 yr old daughter played next to me. She was putting her Littlest Pet Shops in lines. When I listened in on her "story" she was saying that they were racing a marathon. After they finished, they all had to do stretches and exercises. LOL It brought tears to my eyes. They "get it" and I am glad to show them that exercising can be fun -- and to have dreams like running a marathon one day.
