		<description>hm, spin! I may take that at the Y. I do like swimming and find that the workout is very similar to running. If you have a pool or access to one you might consider swimming too.</description>

		<description>I may have to try some running for cross training..I have been struggling with my running, so I need to keep my miles down.  I know what you mean about the heat, as the summer goes on more of my runs will be moving indoors.  Sorry to hear the biking isn&#039;t a great workout. I get a great workout from spin, so I am considering getting a bike.  But I guess I won&#039;t be able to count on it for the great calorie burn that running gives.  Good luck with the fairies&gt;</description>
