		<description>Probably, scratch that definitely not as much as I should, I do stretch and foam roll so there is a degree of strengthening there and I do that every day!

		<description>I&#039;d like to do core exercises everyday after running or other cross-training cardio, but it usually winds up being 4 or 5 days a week. I do various types crunches including bicycles and sets of pushups. I definitely notice results (versus not doing any core exercises), but I&#039;d like to see better results. (I still have a tiny pooch from being pregnant.)</description>

		<description>Yes, I agree, you only have so much time in the day . . . been trying to do at least 100 core exercises each day after a run, regardless of how long the run is (except my super distance runs over 10 miles or so). Tough to fit it all in!</description>
