		<description>I have to look into Coach Al&#039;s plan, I&#039;m not sure what that is. I followed a book for first one and finished, then second one kind of modified wht I did for first but honestly believe I should have been doing more miles during the week, too, so I&#039;m increasing those now.

I do enjoy my runs when I meet up with the girls. They may be slower/faster than I want, but the company works wonders when I&#039;m not motivated to be out there!</description>

		<description>I have great running buddies whom we were on the same page running wise. Follow the marathon plan. Do what it said. That&#039;s it.  There were days when the long runs were slower/faster, but we pretty much always followed Coach Al&#039;s plan.
