		<description>Thanks Sarah! I do agree. I was surprised since I normally run about 9-9:15 that I could go down forty five seconds in the run for each mile. Now I wonder if i really push it as hard as I can when I run each day lol. Thanks for visiting and commenting!</description>

I think that definitely applies more for training runs.  I agree that during races you should give it everything you&#039;ve got.  Push your pace 10 seconds faster and see how you feel.  Push it 20 seconds faster and prove to yourself that you really are able to accomplish something that you thought was out of your reach.  Races are the time to test your limits and let the adrenaline kick in.
