Thanks for stopping by! I totally agree-last night I had four hours of sleep between the kids and that caffeinated cup of coffee I should have skipped after lunch lol! I got in 5 miles . . . maybe not as fast as i had hoped, but they are done, and now once I do a few core exercises I'll be good to go. It's all about prioritizing. I'm glad you dropped by-off to check out your blog!

Hi,
Followed your comment from Workout Mommy. I too am a mother of two, marathon runner and general fitness fanatic. I find that as long as I get my workout in the morning, I will make it through the day on however many hours of sleep I got the night before.

LOL, I think the pain of childbirth and the lack of sleeps makes it possible to handle anything! Or maybe we are just too tired to care at this point :0) Of course sometimes I really envy friends who can pick up and go for a run when the sun is out and it isn't dark, starry, and 20 degrees outside!

Wow, you marathoning moms are so inspiring! Love the advice to Kara--but wow, it makes me realize how much more flexible and dedicated moms have to be than non-moms!
