Hi Mary, I truly believe it is all about listening to your body - anytime you are running, pregnant or not. You will know. I ran up until almost delivery time with my second pregnancy and had no issues. I gained less than with my first, when I didn't run, and I lost it more quickly too - super bonus! Good luck and congratulations on the pregnancy!!

Hi,

Thanks for the info. I really appreciate it! Makes me feel better. I've been bombarded with people telling me to lay off running and just walk for the rest of my pregnancy. My feet has been itching for a nice run since I found out I was pregnant. I know my limits. Thanks once again for sharing this info. Time to lace up my shoes.
